ROMANCE, SEX AND DATING: How To Survive Love In The Tech Age

xby M Jvlian Simmons

Just when you thought you finally had a grip on how to get/keep a date, the technological age changes the game and potentially ruins everything for you.
How do you meet someone from the comfort of your own computer console?

How do you get to know them when they don't chat on the phone by voice?

How do you cover ground by text without coming off like a thirsty chump?

Don't worry; we're here to help!
Although the general rules of dating haven't changed, the stratagem definitely has.

Once upon a time, having the nerve to ask someone out and being able to carry a face-to-face conversation were the focus of dating help.

Nowadays if you aren't text and tech savvy, you won't even get the chance to interface them in-person at all.
DATE FOOD - Eating light makes sexy-time more enjoyable.
The following is a video playlist on sex and dating, showing how to master getting met, magnetic texting, choosing the right environment, props and even the right attitude for modern courtship.

As always, if you want to skip to other videos on the list or cast them to your TV just click the playlist option inside the video window.

Enjoy!

MOOD MUSIC - Every good date and/or relationship has (or at least should have) a soundtrack. Mood music is like wind in the sails of the ship that is your love-life.
"SayAnything" but PLAY SOMETHING!
If there is none, then how do you keep the flow during the awkward silences?

Talking in order to avoid silence can often hurt more than it helps.
Here is a playlist of mood music that will help you spur conversation, closeness intimacy and even get you both feeling a bit frisky too.
There is over 8 hours of music of all genres included which cycles through moods from casual chilling to nostalgia to outright baby-making tunes.

There's even mood music for the afterglow.

Need to shift/stall/advance moods?  Just hit that playlist option in the widget to navigate!

GETTING SERIOUS - Whether it means being exclusive and monogamous or even getting hitched, there are rules and codes that need to be considered if its ever going to work long-term.
Whereas last year your goal was to GET a mate, this year it may be to KEEP one.

Now you're expected to answer to your mate concerning free and missing time, finances, long-term goals, invite the other on vacations, family functions, be subject to family/mortality planning and other more serious issues that can suck the sexy out of any room.
How do you get your mind, heart and spirit right in order to successfully foster a serious long lasting relationship?
After so much time being single and even "sort of" single/semi-attached, how do you toss out the neglected cache of potentials that you may have pridefully built-up for yourself (your "rainy day" date stash)?

It can be a lot of work especially when the newness of it all has worn away and everyday life seeps back in and busying you both once again busy with possibly conflicting things (ie., jobs, kids, family and friends, goals, interests, religion, politics, etc.).
Here's the advanced level video playlist about love, sex and dating.

It will show ways to handle getting serious with your partner and how to gear-up for what I like to call "the long game".

I hope that this content helps you find and keep the Love of your life.

Good luck, STARSHIPpers! ;)
